RETURNS POLICY

40 Day Trial on Period Underwear – first-time customers only

As a first-time customer, you may try one garment for 40-days risk-free and if you don’t like how it functions, we will happily give you your money back (minus the cost of shipping). We will require a brief explanation of the reason for your return.  The trial applies to one worn garment only.

No further refunds, credits or exchanges can be given on any additional worn underpants and all items below are excluded from the 40-day risk free trial policy:

  • Cloth Pads
  • Menstrual Cup

Requests for returns (exchange or refund)

Returns may be processed for the following:

  • Incorrect item or order

If you receive an incorrect item or order, please contact enviromenstrual@gmail.com to notify us of the issue. You have up to 10 days post purchase date to advise us that you have received an incorrect item or order.

 

  • Faulty items

Environmenstrual takes extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find a fault with one of our products we would like to resolve the problem.

If you have received a product that is deemed faulty we ask that you photograph the faults and contact enviromenstrual@gmail.com to notify us of the fault and for further information on seeking a replacement item.

 

Refunds will only be eligible if garments are unworn and in original condition and if a replacement is not available.  Refunds are not applied simply for change of mind. Garments must be returned for exchange within 20 days of purchase or goods will be sent back to the customer.  If eligible for a refund, you may request a:

  • Full refund on the unworn garments excluding shipping
  • Credit plus 10% on the items returned excluding shipping
  • Exchange on the unworn garments for the same price, style may be in different size.

 

Please make sure that underwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it’s obvious that this hasn’t been done.

If eligible for return, customers will be responsible for the cost of returning the garment/s to us. We suggest using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for the parcel if it goes missing.


Once the garments are received back at our warehouse, we will process the refund/credit note/exchange within 7-10 business days. The refund will be paid back to the payment gateway that the customer used to purchase the order.

Please note, any refund requests made using Afterpay and Paypal will incur a 6% fee due which are the non-refundable fees charged by Afterpay and PayPal to us.

 

Store Credit

Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash. Store credit cannot be transferred. Any orders placed in store credit will only be refunded as store credit if necessary. Store credits are applied to the account registered with Environmenstrual and used to place your order.

 

Order cancellation requests, Changes to orders

We send out parcels hourly so we will try to change your order if possible, but there are no guarantees. If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order, please contact Customer service immediately at enviromenstrual@gmail.com as we may be able to fix mid transit. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your order in accordance with your instructions.

Bundle pack policy

If you have purchased a bundle pack you will be unable to receive a refund for these items. As they are discounted items, the sale is final. You may exchange an item from the bundle pack within 40 days of purchase, for a different size in the same style-colour only. 

As a first time customer, you can return one pair of worn underpants from the Bundle Packs under our 40 Day Risk-Free Trial Policy (see above).
